FAQ – Photo Day Registration
Q: Do I need to pay now?
A: No! Registration is free. You’ll be notified when photos are ready, and payment happens only if you choose to order.
Q: Where do I find my league code?
A: You should have received it at the shoot or from your league. If not, contact us using the form below.
Q: Can I register if I missed the photo day?
A: Please reach out to us if your player has missed their photo day, and we will do our best to reschedule a shoot for your player when we can.
Q: When will I get my photos?
A: You’ll get a text notification once your photos are professionally edited and ready to view. Turnaround is under two weeks, and in most cases it is 4–5 business days.
Q: Can I register multiple players at once?
A: You do not need to register for each player. Just register once. When pictures are ready, you’ll be notified and can find your player using our Face-Finding technology.

Photo Use, Promotional Consent & Image Rights Disclaimer
By registering for photography services with Shuttering Moments, you acknowledge and agree that images taken may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in print materials, social media platforms, website content, and other advertising efforts.
If you do not wish to have images of yourself or your child used for these purposes, you must submit a written request to Shuttering Moments stating your preference to opt out. We will honor all written requests and ensure your images are not used in promotional materials.
Images purchased as digital downloads include permission for personal use, including personal sharing and displaying of the images. Digital images may not be altered, edited, cropped, filtered, or otherwise modified in any way without prior written permission from Shuttering Moments.
Shuttering Moments imagery may not be entered into contests, competitions, publications, promotions, advertisements, or other commercial uses without prior written authorization from Shuttering Moments. Images may not be used to generate, obtain, or promote any form of monetary or other commercial compensation without the appropriate permission or license. Limited-use and unlimited-use commercial licenses are available for purchase. All commercial use, licensing, and permitted applications of Shuttering Moments imagery must be approved in advance by Shuttering Moments.
Shuttering Moments retains all copyrights and ownership rights to all images and creative works produced. Purchase of an image does not constitute a transfer of copyright, ownership, or commercial-use rights.
Official group photographs, composites, team photographs, and troop photographs are available for print purchase only. These images are not available as digital downloads.
