FAQ – Photo Day Registration

Q: Do I need to pay now?
A: No! Registration is free. You’ll be notified when photos are ready, and payment happens only if you choose to order.

Q: Where do I find my league code?
A: You should have received it at the shoot or from your league. If not, contact us using the form below.

Q: Can I register if I missed the photo day?
A: Please reach out to us if your player has missed their photo day, and we will do our best to reschedule a shoot for your player when we can.

Q: When will I get my photos?
A: You’ll get a text notification once your photos are professionally edited and ready to view. Turnaround is under two weeks, and in most cases it is 4–5 business days.

Q: Can I register multiple players at once?
A: You do not need to register for each player. Just register once. When pictures are ready, you’ll be notified and can find your player using our Face-Finding technology.

A: Use the contact form below, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
